Customer Service and Return Policies

Customer service is of the utmost importance to us and we will do everything we
can to make your online shopping experience at our store an enjoyable one.

While we are a young Company, we plan to be in business for many years to
come and want to establish long-term relationships with you, our customers.

Our focus is model trains and other collectibles.  However, we do offer a variety of
other items and our customer service policy and focus extends to all our customers.

Our current focus is collectible trains and recent production items as we are able
to obtain them.  Since we have not yet become an "authorized dealer" for any of the
model train manufacturers or distributors (something we hope to become), our
inventory has to be obtained from former collectors or dealers that decide to
leave this wonderful business.  As such, we are currently better able to serve model
train collectors rather than those of you who love to operate them.  We are working
towards being able to serve both the collector and operator equally in the future.

We always welcome the opportunity to answer your questions and welcome your
feedback on any product in our store or the store itself.

We strive to accurately describe every item we offer for sale, price our products
fairly, and work with our customers to fulfill their collecting and operating wants
and needs.  We are not, however, perfect and we are learning each day.

We fully stand behind every product we offer for sale and will do everything to
make you happy with your purchase.  If you ever purchase an item from us that you
believe was not accurately described and photographed, you may return it to us and
receive a full refund of your purchase price, including the original shipping and
insurance charge, as well as your cost to return it to us.  We only ask that all
items be returned to us fully insured, properly packaged, shipped by the same carrier
that we used to ship it to you (We do not use Federal Express or DHL as their insurance
practices have proven to be in appropriate for high value items.) and that you email us
at the email address at the bottom of this page before you return the item.
